Product Offerings

Our Product Portfolio
We can produce wide variety of solid rods, bars, and profiles. Depending upon their applications, they can be supplied in various alloys, mechanical properties and conductivity. The size range of rod is from 6 mm diameter to 150 mm diameter. We can produce wide variety of solid rods, bars, and profiles.
Our Copper tubes can be used for various applications like heating, cooling ventilation, condenser, power plant applications, and refrigeration as well. As customer coated tubes for critical applications are also produced for our clients on request.
Extube has various custom shapes in extruded and drawn condition. A small sample, a technical drawing, or even an application description of the desired shape is enough to develop the finished product. We reguarly work with different CDA Copper Alloys as per our Clients ‘needs.
From simple hollow shapes to the very complex ones in a wide variety of alloys depending on applicaiton can be produced. The extrusion process ensures material of very good conducivity, concentricity and grain structure. The size range can be from 2 mm to 120 mm for hollow shapes.

What Really Matters
Towards a Sustainable Future
As a leading industrial company and employer, we take responsibility: for the environment, the surroundings of our production site, the regions where our raw materials come from, our business partners and our employees. This responsibility is reflected in our corporate strategy: “Growth – Efficiency – Responsibility”.
Our mission is to create value from raw materials and recycled materials in a responsible way. Copper is infinitely recyclable, which makes it so attractive. We attach the greatest importance to a green future for our planet.
We are constantly optimizing our production processes, and therefore also the impact of our activities on the environment. Our role within the circular economy is decisive. Our products are fit for green solutions and lasts for at least the life of a house when professionally installed – and retain a high value even after that.
Copper is a natural element and our products are made of copper and copper alloys. Copper products are durable, recyclable and committed to the idea of sustainability “by nature”. For the manufacturing of our products, copper is used exclusively from recycled stocks. Copper is 100% recyclable, so there is a huge potential: 90% of all copper ever extracted and processed worldwide is still in use today.
Our products are solely made from scrap metal and production scrap – with all the economic and ecological advantages. The environmentally friendly properties of the material are certified according to ISO 14025 and EN 15804 (EPD).
Our products are ecologically harmless and environmentally friendly throughout the entire production and usage cycle. Our products also make a significant contribution to the protection of our resources in an economically sound recycling cycle.
The Copper Story
Copper: a unique mankind’s first metal
Our modern life wouldn’t be possible without copper
Copper is a metal that has been known to mankind for a very long time. People learned how to use and process it over 10,000 years ago. Metal objects made of bronze – a combination of copper and tin – were created during the Bronze Age.
The name “copper” comes from the Roman era, when the metal was referred to as “aes Cyprium”, meaning “ore from Cyprus”. This evolved into the word “cuprum”. The chemical symbol is “Cu”. Copper has its typical copper-red color in its pure and unalloyed state.
Copper is a metal that can be recycled as often as desired without quality loss. Recycling not only saves the energy that would be needed for mining and preparing the ores; melting down recycling material also requires less energy than metal production from copper concentrates.
The increasing inter-connectedness in our offices, growing demands on telecommunications, our extensive energy needs and high safety and comfort standards in today’s automotive engineering ensure a constant rise in copper demand. The average car contains about 25 to 50 kg of copper.
Copper also has an established role in architecture and construction: apart from electrical wiring made of copper, copper pipes are used in our homes’ water and heating systems as well. Copper is often used for roofing and facades due to its good corrosion resistance and, last but not least, because of its attractive appearance.
Copper has a unique feature: after processing, it can be recycled very easily and endlessly, without losing any of its qualities. That explains why copper is sometimes referred to as “red gold”.
